Mohamed Hreimou is a strategic executive based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with a career built at the intersection of executive management, policy design, government relations, entrepreneurship, and institutional development.
He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a diversified business group in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, where he leads strategic direction, operational alignment, business development, governance, and cross-company coordination across multiple subsidiaries and initiatives.
Mohamed also serves as Chairman Advisor at the Emirates Entrepreneurship Association, where he contributes strategic insight, policy recommendations, and ecosystem-level perspectives to support entrepreneurship, SME development, innovation, and national economic growth. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Emirates Entrepreneurship Association, leading advocacy, representation, policy development, member engagement, partnerships, team leadership, and program impact.

Chairman of the 3PL Task Force at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry and member of the Logistics & 3PL Sector Working Group at Dubai Chambers — shaping national logistics policy and industry advocacy.
A significant part of Mohamed's work focuses on policy hacking, policy drafting, and procedure design. He has led and contributed to multiple projects involving the drafting, review, and modernization of policies, regulations, and operational procedures across the public benefit, private, and government sectors.
Mohamed is also a serial entrepreneur. He has co-founded and contributed to the establishment of successful UAE-based ventures across consulting firms, training institutes and research centers, exhibition and event management, and food & beverage — combining institutional insight with real commercial building experience.
He is a certified professional trainer delivering executive courses and structured training programs in his areas of specialization, and has published articles and research on economics, global economic policy, and international security — reflecting his academic foundation in international relations and regional security.
His expertise also spans digital transformation and systems design, including designing and implementing ERP, workflow, and AI-enabled operational systems that translate strategy into visibility, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
